Compound guides

What the evidence actually shows

One guide per compound. Regulatory status, what the trials found, what happens when you come off it, and the myths, with a hard ceiling on what we will claim set by the evidence tier.

These are ordered by search demand, not by how interesting we find them. The first three account for the overwhelming majority of interest in this category; the rest are the research peptides people ask about most.

How to read the tier

The tier caps what we are willing to say. Tier A is an approved medicine and we will reproduce a regulator's published label. Tier B has controlled human trial data but no approval, so we report what the trials found and stop. Tier C is weak human data and the weakness appears in the same sentence as the finding. Tier D is preclinical only, and the species goes in the sentence. The full method is on the method page.

Before buying anything in this list, the document that matters is the certificate of analysis. Our guide to reading one covers the checks that apply to every compound here.

Blends

Several of these compounds are also sold combined into a single vial. None of those combinations has been tested as a combination, and most do not publish the ratio between their components, so we cover all six on one page rather than pretending each is a separate subject. See peptide blends and what is actually in the vial.

Vendor documentation reviews

We also read vendor catalogues against their own documentation. That work sits separately from the compound guides, because it is about what a seller publishes rather than what a molecule does. See our review of the Purple Peptides blends, and of the brand's branded stacks, a United States vendor we checked page by page. The priced catalogue is the buying view of the whole site: every product from both vendors, with the price and the evidence tier in one filterable list, and a region filter so you only see the vendor that can ship to you.
